A Note from Me
Hi, I’m Lisa.
I created Life After Loss because grief — especially baby loss — can feel deeply isolating in a world that rushes people toward “moving on.”
Here, we honor love that didn’t get to keep living in the ways we imagined.
We make room for sorrow and meaning, anger and tenderness, memory and becoming.
You are allowed to grieve slowly.
You are allowed to return here as many times as you need.
